How do I get rid of red marks from acne?

I already tried vitamin e, it didn’t work. i’m too young for chemical peels/laser surgery. how can i make them lighter/get rid of them by next month?it’s my birthday next month & i want them gone.

All scar treatments take time, vitamin E oil is great for improving the skin but it won’t work over night, it’ll take a couple of months at the very least. You can try an aspirin mask 3-4 times a week (or less) and that should help too.

go see a dermatologist.
i tried every cream n wash there was.
when i finally went, i got pills instead.
n if you feel like popping them DONT USE YOUR FINGERS/NAILS.
thats how germs get inside your skin n spread more acne.
