Go to a professional and get a Glycolic peel. Bio Oil helped me but once my scars faded a bit they never got any lighter. A Glycolic peel will remove the top layer of skin and will trigger the production of collagen and will help even out skin tone. Use sunscreen to keep the spots from darkening. And in the future do not pop pimples or black heads as they will scar.
i literally just asked that question about acne scars and my responses were Bio-oil? I suffer from them myself and i used cocoa butter and vitamin E cream and none worked. Gonna try the Bio-Oil as its supposed to be effective! Good luck =)

4. Set the foundation with a transparent powder that does not contain oil.
5. Always have compact powder with you in case you need a touch-up."
The Second article gives advice on which makeups especially to look for:
"The first thing you should look for in any type of blemish cover up is one free of oils or chemicals that could cause additional breakouts.
Check for products that tout noncomedogenic or non-pore clogging properties."
