I’ve been wearing eye glasses for 10 yrs now. When I first had my glasses they told me that i will wear it only as correctional. But my glasses’ grade just went higher each yr. Now im wearing a 600 grade lens. Will it still be possible that i will have a normal vision after an eye laser surgery? And how much will it cost, more or less? Thanks!

Lasik surgery should correct your -6.00 prescription. You need to find a reputable surgeon in your area – ask around to friends and co-workers that have had it done. They should all do free consultations. But you do want your prescription to be somewhat stable. Usually teens to mid-late 20′s is when you have the most change. At our office – it would run you about 4,000 total for both eyes and all your follow-up care a year after the surgery. I had it done 2 yrs ago and absolutely love it!! My prescription was a -5.00.
