A dermatologist would be able to tell you. I don’t think Brillo pads are the answer.

«Finally I took a decision. I’ll fix my eyes with laser surgery. The only problem is that my corneas are too thin and the operation will be a little bit different as usual.
My ophthalmologist has gave me the treatment details and the instructions to follow before and after the operation.

The operation will be the 22th of December. I’m a little bit scared but I think that it’ll be worth it.»

The circle can be a sign of other problems like an iron deficiency. I would talk to a doctor about it. If it isn’t anything serious there are alot of products that conceal eye circles. Like just getting a slightly lighter concealer than you use on the rest of your face and blending it under your eye using your ring finger(it is the gentlest touch) when you put your makeup on.

Drink at least ten glasses of water everyday.
Dark Circles under eye are generally due to a lack of sleep, fatigue, stress, deficiency or some disease. Take all precautions to avoid strain on the eyes. Eight hours of sleep is a must for all of us, specially for people having dark circles under their eyes.

Close your eyes and cover eyelids with slices of raw potato or cucumber for 15-20 minutes. Wash with warm water and apply a cream
Grate a cucumber, squeeze to take out its juice and refrigerate. Make a mixture of lemon juice, lanolin cream and cucumber juice and apply around the eye for 10-15 minutes.

Apply a paste of turmeric powder with pineapple juice for dark circles under the eyes
Apply a mixture of lemon and tomato juice (equal parts) on the black circles 2 times a day

Dip some cotton in a 1:1 mixture of potato and cucumber juices. Put the cotton on your eyelids and keep for 20 minutes. Wash your eyes with cold water

Remove the cream applied around the eye after 10 min. No cream should be left on the skin around the eyes for long periods

To hide dark under eye circles, select a cosmetic under-eye concealer that’s one shade lighter than the foundation you’re using.

Begin with a freshly washed and exfoliated face. Dab concealer under your eyes gently, using a soft circular motion.

Avoid concealers containing oils, because the oil will settle into the fine lines under your eyes and draw attention to the circles

    =)
