Not only do I have scars from acne all over my cheeks, but I also have other scars from when I tried to clear the acne with some Chinese method that useda hot needle and burned the white spots. They promised that everything would clear up and instead it just created more scars.

Is there any kind of laser surgery i can undergo? I think the scars i have are called ‘picked’ or ‘ice-picked’ or something… please help!!

I have some minor acne scarring on my cheeks. I have had laser surgery, dermabrasion, fillers, peels, TCA Cross, everything available performed on them with zippo results. I have been trying to get rid of them for twenty years.

I have been to the best of the best doctor wise also. And I know of no one who had any luck at all, even minor, in reducing the appearnace of their acne scarring even an iota.

Has anyone WHO HAS HAD, or HAS acne scarring have any suggestions. Thanks, James

I have old and new acne scars on my cheeks, brown, pink, and red spots. Once my acne clears up, what is the best treatment? Ive tried all the topical stuff out there? Would laser surgery or chemical peels be good? What about something else?

I’d like to know too because I have a broken blood vessel on my face. I tried vitamin K cream for a while but it seemed to be totally ineffective.

On Saturday I had to go to hospital for my eye problem, more tests and some decisions on treatment etc. One test was on the pressure and this was high so I now have to take drops in each eye, and I will have to have more laser surgery and a scan. Any tips? I can’t afford laser surgery and I’m self conscious about some acne scars on my cheeks.

Hi, I’m 13 and I really want my acne scars to disappear. But definitely, I am not getting it now. My mum says maybe when I’m older. My acne scars are not too deep, but they cover all my two cheeks, chin and side of my head. So how much would that be? Does lazer surgery hurt? Because I’m scared of doctors, and I’ve watched what goes on if you have it. Your skin has a reaction. But I’m scared of that too. What if something goes wrong? How longer would it take? What is the youngest age for a person to have the laser treatment.

i have been using metrogel for about a month now and i see no difference my doctor said it got lighter a little bit but seriously i don’t see any difference but that it stopped burning sensation. i don’t have acne rosacea or whatever it just plain red. i’m just sick of people every where who look at my cheeks, so i’m wonderig how much would laser surgery cost for it?
