I worked in fast food for 9 months and gained weight very fast, I quit a started a strict diet and working out plan. Now I am lighter then I was before I started and almost at my goal weight. However in that 9 month progress I got stretch marks on my arms, stomach sides, and thighs… I want to know the best option for going at this stage… Should I go with laser surgery or try out crams. If you recommend a cream what is the best type.

I have just gotten stretch marks around my breast and I suppose it is because I’m still developing. I’m 15, almost 16. Is this normal?

I have stretch marks on my thighs and I want to get rid of them. I am not overweight, I had a major growth spurt tho. Doctors say that especially during puberty you get them. I went from being 5’4 to 5’9 in a little over a year and the spurt left me with ugly marks. How do I get rid of them naturally, like NOT laser surgery.

I have stretch marks on my thighs from when I gained a lot of weight when I was younger and I have a lot of scars all over my legs and it looks horrible. Tanning won’t cover them and I wouldn’t be allowed to have any laser surgery or nething. Anyone know how to get rid of them?

NO, the palmers stretch mark cream doesnt work. I definitely cant afford laser surgery. And Im very insecure about them. I got them on the sides of my thighs after I had a baby. I need a good answer from someone who has had results.

alright, so im 15, i have stretch marks that i got last year on the inside of my thighs, which is REALLY unfair because im not hideously obese…im 5’3 and im only 113 pounds, and i didnt lose or gain weight.

well anyways, i went to a cosmetic surgeon today to look into laser surgery to remove my stretch marks. the doctor said that because they are still very red, they will easily be lessened/completely gone. i understand that the treatment is very costly, but my mom agreed to pay for it (love her! =D)

anywho, here is my question:

1. i plan on getting the laser therapy in november, is it possible that my very red stretch marks will get less red by then? b/c if they are less red they are harder for the laser to detect

2. i’ve tried all kinds of creams and crap for these stretch marks, and i figured i’d give this laser therapy a go because i really think it will work and im so self conscious. do you have any stories about laser therapy for stretch marks?

I am thinking about getting laser surgery to remove the stretch marks that i have when i graduate, I only have minor little ones on the inside of my thighs but I am always thinking about them?

Does anyone have any stories that they can share to help me make my decision. I have the money so that is not a problem.

OK, So I know all the Doctors online say that there is NO cure for stretch marks, but I just don’t believe it! Most of these people are plastic surgeons who just wanna rip you off with their expensive procedures. I know there’s a cure out there! I’ve tried lots of creams and lotions and NOTHING will work. I have stretch marks ALL OVER my belly, my waist, my hips, my thighs, and some even on back and shoulders!. They are so ugly and embarassing, I feel self conscious even in front of my husband! I am not fat and never have been… The ones on my belly are from my pregnancy, and the others are from growth spurts I had 10+ years ago during puberty!

Has anyone tried the laser surgery for stretch mark removal? there on m y chest, abs, thighs and bottom….. how did it work?

I have a friend whose problem is eliminating dark skin (i.e. back of the neck, armpits, elbows, under the thighs, knees & buttocks) or lessening the dark spot (i.e. pimple or stretch marks caused by too much scratching during menstrual period) without going to the doctor for surgery or laser coz she wants to try a natural, unexpensive way of solutioning her problem. My friend is getting quite shy & embarrassed and was not able to wear sleeveless blouse or dress, not even a swimsuit becoz of this problem though she have a good figure. Please advise.
