I have been using bio oil. That works, but only if you use it at least once or twice a day for like a couple of months. So not an overnight solution but it definitely made a huge improvement for me.

There is no fast and cheap method.

Any process which hopes to rid your body of skin marks will take time and cost money.

The expense is largely determined by the severity of the mark plus your own bodies skin type and how responsive your skin is to the treatment.

There are creams: Vitamin E, Aloe and Mederma and Palmer’s (there I didn’t say &^%^&( butter).

There are laser and other surgical procedures.

    Consult a doctor.

Palmers Stretchmarks cream for pregnant women. It works wonders. You need to use it at least once or twice a day. Rub it onto the stretch marks and you will notice that within 3 months they would have dissappeared. Also note that sometimes, what you think is stretch marks is actually cellulite. For that you could use VLCC anti-cellulite oil. Put some on before bed daily and it’ll definately help you out. Within a month you will notice the difference.

Shea butter is excellent to treat stretch mark. Natural shea butter is an excellent source of Vitamins A and E which are essential for good skin health. Try rubbing shea butter on your stretch marks 2 to 3 times a day to help with the healing process. Check out http://useinfo-stretchmarks.blogspot.com/ for more useful info.
